​I work at the intersection of learning, technology, and strategic planning, examining how AI and emerging technologies are reshaping general education, from classroom interactions to institutional policy and governance.

 

My research spans AI and EdTech onboarding and integration, AI and digital pedagogies, as well as AI governance and policy in general education. A central concern across my work is how technology redistributes agency: how they shape the roles, decisions, and relationships of teachers and learners, and how policy and governance can enable responsible and educationally meaningful innovation.

 

Bridging research, policy, and practice, I approach educational technology as part of a wider socio technical system. Specifically, I explore how technological capabilities can be harnessed while preserving human judgement, learner agency, learning in community, and the relational dimensions of education.​
